Training the PSF districts

The development of the membership and advocacy role of the 30 Districts of the Private Sector Federation (PSF) in Rwanda will be a key element if the organisation is to be successful in representing the private sector.

Therefore the DECP provided both technical and financial support for the training of  some 120 staff and Chairmen and Vice-Chairmen of the District Committees on 7 & 8 November 2013 in Kigali.

The training looked in detail at the role of the PSF at a District level and how they could move towards becoming self sustaining both in terms of finance and well as in    advocating on behalf of their membership. Discussions were lively and delegates had a large number of questions.
