Training programme for East African Employers' Organisations

The ILO Training Centre organised, in cooperation with DECP, the International Organisation of Employers (IOE) and the Federation of Kenyan Employers, a training program for East African EO's in Nairobi from 14 – 17 May. Subjects of the  training programme were: governance of a EO, revenue building, lobby and advocacy, services and strategy and action planning.  
Case studies were presented by the Kenyan and by the Ugandan Employers' Organisation as well as by DECP.
