The first generation trainers continue training the second

The promising start of the second generation Vietnamese training in HCMC last April has been followed up by an even more successful second training at the end of June. The first three days the candidates had the opportunity to practice  the training parts like interactive presentations, exercises and role plays. The last two days a real live audience of employers was available to exercise. Facilitated by the first generation Vietnamese trainers they made  a success of this training week. As a result the capacity of trainers of The Club in HCMC will grow considerably. In this group of new trainers we find a mix of various experiences, network, background etc., which is a valuable contribution to The Club of Trainers of VCCI. Next steps are an evaluation of this new group and how to use their capabilities in an optimal way for the development of The Club. This second training of the second generation by the first generation of Vietnamese trainers also demonstrated their ability to deliver this training of trainers to future generations of trainers in Vietnam.
