Support of social Dialogue

29^th of January till 2^nd of February CNV Internationaal and DECP conducted two conferences in Makassar and Balikpapan in Indonesia. These conferences were the second step in a project to support Apindo (Employers Association)  and KSBSI (Trade Union) in developing Social Dialog in the various regions of Indonesia. Previously conferences were conducted in Bandung, Surabaya and Palembang. In these last two conferences participants showed to be very well capable of creating mutual understanding and the enthusiasm to start a dialog to find win-win solutions for the issues the parties share. Agenda’s for a Social Dialog for each region participating were developed.
