Senior Management Training Retreat

The Private Sector Federation (PSF) in Rwanda faces a number of challenges  both in its internal organisation as well as with its dealing with members.

The DECP supported a one and a half day retreat on 23- 24 May 2104 in Kigali for senior staff. This retreat provided the opportunity to discuss in detail how they could deal with these problems and to find solutions which would increase PSF membership and also provide increased income from subscriptions and services.

Each senior member of staff made presentations on the achievements of their departments and the challenges they are facing. Resulting from this a number of actions will be taken over the coming months with a review in three months.
