Reviewing the Business Agendas of Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Uganda

The development of new Business Agenda’s was the theme of a two day workshop held in Nairobi 27 & 28 August 2014. The workshop was attended by a total of fifteen delegates from the Employers Organisations (EO’s) of Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania and Ghana.

The workshop provided the opportunity for policy and communication staff to share experiences of their successes in respect of their first Business Agenda’s and the challenges they had faced.

The workshop also provided the opportunity for EO’s to start to make plans for their new Business Agenda’s 2015-2017 and the process that they need to follow to ensure they produce a document which will provide their organisations with a high profile and a clear advocacy strategy.

Resulting from the workshop staff from the EO’s will be preparing an action plan for the preparation and publication and follow up of their Business Agenda’s.
