Regional employers' federations implement Customer Relations Management tools

Five regional employer federations in Bolivia agreed to implement  the CRM tool that was developed by ITC-ILO in Turin. The tool that was developed especially for employer organizations on the basis of open source software, is already used by the APEX-organization Confederación de Empresarios Privados de Bolivia (CEPB). Therefore the CEPB will be asked to support the regional federations in implementing the tool.

The decision was made during the fifth edition of the workshop for managers of employer federations in Cochabamba last July, which is organized with the support of DECP. Participants also agreed to go on with the construction of a CSR Centre in their department, thus creating a Centre operating on a national scale.
