Kenya Cooperation with FKE in 2015

A two day mission was undertaken to the Federation of Kenya Employers in Nairobi on 2 & 3 February by the DECP.

 

The preparation of the “FKE Business Agenda 2015-17” was the main issue for discussion. It was agreed that the publication will be ready in April with a presentation being made at the FKE AGM in May 2015.

 

The mission provided the opportunity for the DECP to receive a report on a mapping exercise being undertaken by two interns, supported by the DECP, to look in detail at the membership of FKE and how best the organisation could reorganise its regional structure.

 

It was agreed that the DECP would provide continued support as the FKE continues to develop its membership during the course of 2015.
