ILO training center and DECP tighten tires

On 10 and 11 February, Jorge Illingworth - director of the ILO training institute in Turin - and DECP manager Peter Boorsma jointly provided training on effective communication. The training was part of the successful EBMO course for managers of employers' organisations. Participants come from both DECP partner countries and other countries.

The joint training is in line with the aim of ITC-ILO and DECP to work together more often and to complement each other in strengthening employers' organisations around the world. Boorsma was particularly enthusiastic about the active participation of the students and the large variety in origin.
