How to set up training services for employers

DECP together with the training Centre of the International Labour Organisation (ITC/ILO) organised a training about the setting up and managing of training for Employers. This was done in Jakarta from 27 till 29 February 2012 for members of the Employers organisation  Apindo . Experts of the Irish Business and Employers organisation (IBEC) shared their experience with the participants.

Training is seen as an important tool for employers organisations in order to strengthen the expertise of employers .Training is also seen as an important  means of communication between companies and their employers organisations. Participants highly appreciated the training and stated that it has given a boost to training in Indonesia.
