Getting to know the new president of the AEB

From 15 to 18 July, J.M. Standaert visited the Association of Employers of Burundi (AEB) in Bujumbura. It was the occasion to meet the new president of AEB, Mr. Théodore Kamwenubusa, and to discuss and agree on follow-up activities for the informal sector of Rumonge, as well as to consider new initiatives for the informal sector in other regions of Burundi.

They also discussed the setting up of a new private health insurance scheme, for which the AEB would like to undertake a feasibility study.
