Fifth conference on the labour relations network

In the fifth  Consultation Conference VCCI/ The Club of Trainers on Labour Relations again  shared their views with experts/ representatives on Labour relations. Representatives of VCCI/ VWEC, Vietnamese trainers (trained by DECP), MOLISA (ministry of Social Affairs) ,  Vietnam General Confederation of Labour (Trade Union), as well as  a number of sectors and companies. Conclusion of the Conference: the support to Vietnamese companies of the services provided by The Club is needed more than ever. VCCI needs to develop a niche strategy to market these services to support development of Social Dialog on company level, so companies can meet the requirements of various Free Trade Agreements. These requirements can be found in Decree 60 of the Labour Code, implementation of this decree is key. The Club Trainers should develop an approach in which all four levels of a successful implementation are included: content, procedures, relations and feeling. VCCI will consult Molisa on this issue.
