Fact-finding mission to the Employers' Federation of Pakistan (EFP)

The DECP has had a good working relationship with the Employers’ Federation of Pakistan (EFP) for some five years. During this time a number of trainings have taken place which has helped considerably the EFP to enhance its capacity.

In order to build on this relationship the newly appointed Country Manager Andrew Moore undertook a two day fact finding Mission to Karachi to meet with the President of the EFP Mr K M Nauman and with a number of Board members.

Resulting from the meetings in Karachi it was agreed that it would be beneficial to hold a workshop for the EFP Board in Dubai. This workshop would look in detail at membership, policy and service challenges facing the organisation.
