ECAM works on new strategy and business agenda

Board and staff of the Employers Consultative Association of Malawi ECAM worked during two days in July on the building blocks for a new business agenda, a new strategic plan and development of ECAM’s service portfolio. Lead by ECAM’s Chairman Emmanuel Banda from Illovo Sugar Malawi and facilitated by DECP’s special advisors Andrew Moore and Jannes van der Velde, board and staff made huge progress in the thinking about ECAM’s future. The Malawian business community currently faces a lot of problems in the aftermath of the worldwide economic recession and is struggling to find the path to growth again.
