ECAM Board retreat

The Employers’ Consultative Association of Malawi (ECAM) are looking to enhance their capacity following a two day workshop for their executive committee supported and facilitated by DECP. ECAM are specifically looking to strengthen their capacity in the field of advocacy and policy making in order to build and strengthen its profile as the voice of Malawian business.

In order to provide for this enhancement, ECAM will review the current sources of income and develop a strategy to recruit new members. DECP will support ECAM in reassessing the current marketing strategy and develop a new approach.
