Drafting a business plan for 2014-2017

From 14 to 16 August 2013, the country manager for Moldova, J.M. Standaert, visited CNPM with the aim to update the spider diagram with characteristics about CNPM’s strengths and weaknesses as well as to discuss a draft businessplan for 2014 – 2017 for submission by DECP to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. There was initial agreement that the business plan should focus on 3 issues, i.e. communication, strategy and revenue building. He also met a representative of FNPAIA with the same objective.
