Developing a new concept

The DECP Country Manager for Rwanda Andrew Moore undertook a two day mission to the Private Sector Federation (PSF) on 8 & 9 October 2012 in Kigali.

The PSF continues to make progress under the management of its new CEO. One of the key initiatives is the development of a “Golden Circle” membership which will be open to the major companies in Rwanda. The DECP worked with senior staff to set out a strategy for the content and marketing of this concept.

The mission also provided the opportunity to discuss potential plans for the continued relationship between the PSF and the DECP in 2013.
