Defining next steps with the PSF's new CEO

A number of developments have taken place over the last eighteen months at the Private Sector Federation (PSF) in Rwanda. In April 2012 the country manager undertook a one day mission to Kigali to discuss with the newly appointed CEO Hannington Namara what DECP can do to help in the development of the PSF under his leadership.

The main areas for development included the training of PSF staff as well as the development of PSF services and a drive to increase and retain membership.

The DECP agreed to spend a week in May at the PSF in order to work alongside the CEO in taking forward a number of initiatives.
