DECP supports the re-organisation of the PSF
The Private Sector Federation (PSF) in Rwanda has undergone a large number of changes at senior management level over the last two years. The appointment of the new CEO Hannington Namara has brought about a large reorganisation which has resulted in the PSF looking for technical support on a wide range of issues. In May 2012 the DECP country manager Andrew Moore undertook a four day mission to Kigali to discuss what areas the DECP could support in this reorganising.
It was agreed that training would be undertaken for both the newly appointed District Coordinators as well as training for the Directors of the ten Chambers working within the PSF structure.
The idea of a “PSF Membership Pack” was discussed in detail and it is expected that this will be available for membership recruitment and retention in the coming months.
