DECP financed strategic plan for Bolivian employers' organization

DECP financed the drafting of a strategic plan for the Federación de Entidades Empresariales Privadas de Cochabamba (FEPC), the umbrella employers’organisation for the department of Cochabamba in Bolivia.

The plan was drafted by a Bolivian consultant and sets goals for the reinforcement of the structure of FEPC, the improvement of the relation between the private and the public sector in Cochabamba and the improvement of the image of the private sector.

The strategic plan was discussed and approved in a board meeting on February 3rd, 2010 in which also a Partnership Agreement between FEPC and DECP was signed. The execution of the plan is one of the key issues in the Partnership Agreement.
