DECP and PSF preparing training for the districts

The DECP country manager for Rwanda Andrew Moore undertook a short mission to the Private Sector Federation (PSF) in Kigali from 13 – 15 October 2013. The purpose of the mission was to discuss details for the training of some 120 PSF staff and  Chairman’s of the District Committees. The training would look at how the Districts could achieve self funding as well as how they could advocate successfully at a District level. The training would also provide guidance on good governance for each  of the 28 District Committees 

 The mission also provided the opportunity for discussions to take place with the CEO of the PSF Hannington Namara on possible future co-operation between the PSF and  the DECP.
