Building PSF staff capacity

The DECP country manager for Rwanda Andrew Moore undertook a two day mission to the Private Sector Federation (PSF) in Kigali. The main issue discussed with the PSF CEO Hannington Namara was what support the DECP could give to help in building the capacity of the PSF to meet the increasing challenges of the private sector in Rwanda.

It was agreed that a retreat for the senior staff should be organised in March. The purpose of the retreat would be to establish exactly what was being undertaken and what was required to enhance PSF staff capacity. DECP agreed to provide both technical and financial support.
