Advisory mission to the FUE in Uganda

From August 3 till 7, Andrew Moore undertook an advisory mission to the FUE in Kampala to discuss a number of important issues with the Executive Director, Ms Rosemary Ssenabulya, as well as with her staff.

Among the several issues discussed was how to make the regional offices (3 in total at the moment) more effective.

Also other issues, like improving the communication with members, outreach to potential members and organisation of the Employer of the Year Award for 2010 were discussed.

The visit was considered as very useful, both by the FUE as by the DECP Country Manager.
